Description

JK-02NP is a naphthalene-based highly effective water reducing agent for promoting accelerated early and ultimate strength development, commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS and FDN etc. JK-02NP contains no chloride, non-corrosive to steel bars, non-poisonous, odorless, and non-flammable. It complies with ASTM Designation C494, Type F, ASTM C 1017, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003 etc.

Dosage 0.5 – 1.5% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates depends on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes. JK-02NP can be added directly or added in after dissolved in water. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing (better). The after-mixing approach can achieve better result.
